Stem Cells Beyond the Scope

The University of Toronto’s SSSCR chapter is organizing a day-long conference that aims to provide a kaleidoscope of perspectives surrounding the advancement of medicine through stem cell technology. Esteemed speakers working in basic and clinical research, business and industry, as well as law and ethics have been invited to present their unique takes on the current progress and future of the stem cell field to an expected audience of over 200. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the event, and there will be many networking opportunities provided throughout the day!

This conference will provide an opportunity for graduate students, undergraduate students as well as high school students to gain insightful information regarding research and policy, to connect with researchers and professionals, and to discover the promising field of stem cells and regenerative medicine.
