To successfully lead in this environment requires a reconceptualization of leadership as an ongoing pursuit of making progress on adaptive challenges.

The goal of this program is to facilitate the building of adaptive capacity within healthcare systems by deepening the practice of developing both ourselves and others intentionally, mindfully and creatively.
