The department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology (LMP) at the University of Toronto is involved in a broad spectrum of biomedical research in both basic and clinical science, and clinical services and training in laboratory medicine.
We are actively shaping the future of science and medicine. The graduate students and residents of LMP would like you to spend a day with us and see if a career in science or healthcare is something for you!
Students will have the opportunity to learn from scientists within the LMP graduate program about some of the most up-to-date, innovative, field changing research and techniques currently being conducted at U of T. They will also hear from residents and other specialists in the varied field of laboratory medicine.
There will be talks, demonstrations and hands-on activities.
