Teaming Part 1 will introduce the concept of teaming. Participants will examine the teaming framework, the dynamics of collective learning and working in fluid teams, and the common boundaries that hinder collaboration. Participants will be asked to apply selected tools introduced in the first part of the workshop to their practice during the interim period between the workshops. CFD workshops are FREE to faculty in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto.
