Jane's Walk: Medical History in Cabbagetown and Regent Park

The walk will pass by the site of the old Toronto General Hospital, the buildings that housed the Trinity Medical School and the Ontario Women's' Medical College ,and the former home of John Ross Robertson who helped found the Hospital for Sick Children. The Regent Park Community Health Centre and St.Michael's Hospital's Sumac Creek Health Centre will be stops along the way. The homes of one of the founders of the Women's College Hospital, the U of T doctor who contributed much to modern Korean medicine , and one of Ontario's early indigenous doctors will be viewed.
