On January 15th, 4-6pm attendees will learn all about the impact of stress as well as acquire techniques and tips to better manage stress. You will also hear personal stories from our panel of entrepreneurs and CEOs on how they manage stress along the way. 

Keynote: Liam O’Leary, Graduate Programming Coordinator, School of Graduate Studies, Grad Room
