Conflict in Interprofessional Life: Interprofessional Education Curriculum Call for Facilitators

Conflict has been identified as one of the biggest challenges of interprofessional teams and teamwork, complicated by the many scopes of practices and overlapping roles that occur in our health system. There is great value in engaging and reframing conflict towards safe collaborative quality care for our future practitioners. The focus of the Conflict in Interprofessional Life learning activity is to reflect on personal conflict responses, sources of interprofessional conflict and apply strategies to engage conflict successfully in an interprofessional team. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your interprofessional facilitation skills and enhance collaborator competencies with small groups of learners.
