The Faculty of Medicine is pleased to have three faculty members presenting during this year’s “Stress Free Degree Series” being held during the University of Toronto’s Spring Reunion weekend (May 27th – 31st).

  • Dr. Edward Shorter - Jason A. Hannah Professor of the History of Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine: The Rise and … (Gulp!) … Further Rise of Depression as a Diagnosis
  • Stanley Zlotkin - Chief, Centre for Global Child Health at The Hospital for Sick Children; Senior Scientist at the Child Health Evaluative Sciences; Professor, Nutritional Sciences & Paediatrics at the University of Toronto: Innovation in Children’s Health: Using Science, Smart Partnerships and Perseverance to Improve the Nutritional Health of Children Globally
  • Lynda Balneaves - Director, Centre for Integrative Medicine; Associate Professor to the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto; Affiliate Scientist at the Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care at Princess Margaret Hospital: Take Two Herbs and Call Me in the Morning: The Science of Integrative Medicine

All three of these talks will take place on Friday, May 29th, 2015.
