Canadian Nutrition Society Annual Conference

The next Canadian Nutrition Society – Société canadienne de nutrition (CNS-SCN) Annual Conference will be held in Winnipeg, Manitoba from Thursday May 28th to Saturday May 30th, 2015.

Pre-conference workshops will take place on May 28, 2015 and includes the annual Food for Health Workshop, Trainees in Nutrition Symposium, and New Developments in the Management of Obesity Workshop.
Post-conference workshop  - Lipid Nutrition and Metabolism in Human Health - will take place on May 30-June 1, 2015.

The Annual Conference will bring together scientists, academics, physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, nurses and trainees to participate in this premiere showcase event in nutrition.  The exceptional program will cover the nutritional spectrum – including micro and macro-nutrients, child health, aging, chronic disease, clinical practice, community nutrition, epidemiology, nutrigenomics, food safety and more.
The national conference also includes the presentation of Awards in order to recognize the exceptional work in the field.
