Alumni Awards & Inside the Issue
UofTMed Inside the Issue is a bi-annual event that highlights the topic explored in the current issue of the award winning UofTMed Magazine with a panel discussion and reception. For Fall 2017, the magazine is focusing on “Humour as Medicine,” discussing whether or not laughter really is the best medicine. It will also feature a stand-up comedy routine by U of T Psychiatry Professor David Goldbloom.
The 2017 Faculty of Medicine Dean’s Alumni Awards will precede UofTMed Inside the Issue. Presented by Dean Trevor Young, this event will celebrate the achievements of this year’s recipients with a special award and video presentation. Find out more about this year's award winners here.
